WHAT IS IT?

Our Field Based sessions are structured around game speed development and the positions and situations that challenge you in competition. We will help you build not only the mechanics, but the engine and resilience to perform your skills repeatedly and under fatigue.

WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO:

✔️ Improve your acceleration to get the first few steps ahead of the opposition

✔️ Improve your ability to effectively take up space defensively and close down on a player

✔️ Create space offensively and outmaneuver and evade

✔️ Shift gears effortlessly to chase down an opponent or quickly retreat to provide support

✔️ Create a winning gap between you and the pack at top speed to win the contest

✔️ Safely put on the brakes before being swept up or cornered by the defense

WHAT YOUR COMMITMENT LOOKS LIKE

$30 per session, or $300 per 6 week block which includes 2 sessions per week and performance testing
