I simply came GRIT for advice and to help work on my speed and explosive power, I possessed some natural explosiveness already, but enhancing that through the detailed speed sessions helped me achieve a sub 3 sec 20m sprint and top 10 nationally in vertical leap at the AFL combine. GRIT helped me through improving my speed with a focus on technical development and education, It’s incredibly valuable to understand how to use your limbs effectively and manage your training load to your advantage.
