JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY (10-13 Years old)

Our aim is to build a broad foundation skill and Technical mastery through exposure to a variety of different movement patterns and stimulus. So when the time is right, they can take their training to the next level.

Skill Acquisition

Our aim is to broaden their current skill set and encourage them to learn and develop new and essential skills through various planes of movements and exercises.

Technical Mastery

Being guided by principles of efficient movement, we let athletes find their own ‘Style” through problem solving, that

Allows for not only movements to be performed safely, but with precision and skill.

HOW WE COACH JUNIORS:

 ✔️ 2 x 75 min coached sessions p/week

✔️ Create a challenging, yet fun environment that cultivates enjoyment for the gym

✔️ Consideration of how the athlete best learns

✔️ Technical mastery of the fundamentals of how to Run, Jump, Land, Squat, Hinge, Push & Pull.

✔️ Follow a progressive training system that sets your child up for a seamless transition into higher level of competition

✔️ Build Self-Confidence by becoming a more stronger, fitter, capable and most importantly, happier athlete

FUTURES PERFORMANCE PATHWAY (14-17 YRS)

Now that your young athlete is moving to a stage of competition that inherently becomes more competitive, separating themselves from their opposition starts to become more of a determining factor on how far they will go with the sport they love. 

The mistake many coaches run into, is treating all athletes in this age group exactly the same, regardless of their stage of development…

Our coaches carefully design each athlete’s program and take into consideration such things as; Training age, stage of development, Personal goals, areas of strengths/weaknesses and previous injuries to ensure each athlete is getting the development required for them to be chosen for the spot on the team they deserve
