High Performance Pathway

The High Performance Pathway (HPP) bridges the gap between the fundamental and foundational level of sport and physical development through to the podium.  The HPP is an athlete centered, coach led system with the purpose to provide a framework that enables athletes to fulfill their athletic potential and succeed at the top of their competition.

Our priority isn’t just to make you stronger in the gym, we strive to also make you a better athlete on the field or court. This is why we dedicate a portion of your session entirely to improving your acceleration, change of direction and braking ability.
